January 2019 Updates

I know, it’s been a minute since my last post. In my defense, I did get engaged during this time though! Woo hoo!

Today, I attended a workshop on surviving rejection @ Writing Workshops Dallas and it was very enlightening! The biggest takeaway from the workshop was the knowledge that I am certainly not alone on this journey towards publishing. It’s easy to get discouraged and retreat into your shell. After today, I have a renewed energy to keep going!

Also, it seems I have been utilizing the proper resources so far, which is great to hear. I just need to keep at it!
